NetPBM, PPM

NetPBM is a toolkit for working with graphics files, and includes a lot of programs, plus graphic formats including the ppm (Portable Pixmap) format.

This example of a ppm file shows how to make a color pixmap image file.

To view the file in that example:

gm display foo.ppm
